Yes! You can choose to purchase a 1 day pass. Please select carefully which day you would like to attend. Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes.

Yes! The maximum number of tickets each person can purchase is EIGHT (8) tickets.
The minimum age requirement to enter the event is TWELVE (12) years old. Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared or split between two individuals.
You can pay via VISA, Mastercard, debit/credit card, bank transfer and other e-wallet payment options on our ticketing platform.

After successful payment of your ticket, an e-ticket will be sent out to your email. Ensure that you enter the correct email and contact number during checkout. Keep this email safe, you will need it to collect your festival wristband to enter the venue.
The festival wristband grants you entry into the event venue. You will need to present your e-ticket to redeem your wristband. More info on wristband redemption will be announced closer to the event.
No, we do not allow outside food and drinks into the festival grounds. However, there will be plenty of food and beverage options within the festival ground for you to choose from.
Alternatively, the Borneo Sonic Food Carnival is also happening outside the stadium with over 50 vendors to satisfy your taste buds.
Yes, there will be parking available but keep in mind parking spots will be LIMITED.
Yes! To shuttle buses will be available from Kuching City Center to Sarawak Stadium. We will be posting more information about this on our website as well as social media.
Yes you can bring your own camera. All professional equipment (ie DSLR / anything with a detachable lenses) requires to have media credentials and passes to be permitted into the Festival ground.
Refunds will only be made in the instance of the event being cancelled without being rescheduled.
